Hi All,

I'm using AVG internet security software. The license will expire in next month. Before buying a new one , I would like to know your opinions.

What's your thoughts.

I have had no issues with McAfee VirusScan Enterprise + AntiSpyware Enterprise 8.5.0i I have no clue the cost on it because I got a free lifetime license through the college I went to. I have had it 5 or 6 years and never had a virus or anything. Knock on wood. It has came to some sites and notified me of viruses and other issues. It also has an On-Access Scan Feature which is nice and doesn't seem to bog down the system at all. That is just my personal experience with this product.

I currently use Sunbelt VIPRE. It's quick, low on system resources, updates definitions every couple of hours, and you can get a household licence.

I use ESET Smart Security on my PCs and Intego Net Barrier on the Mac. I've also used Norton and Zone Labs on the PCs happily before. I dislike McAfee more than I can express, but have to use it at work! ;)

Since the free Norton license expired that came with my pc I've been using Kaspersky Internet Security which you can get a 3 user license for about £25. Never had any problems with it at all.
