Where's the 'report' button gone?

just wanted to report a thread posted to the wrong forum, and hey! there's no report button any more. please provide me a set of glasses or suggest where i might find such a button.

The obvious button you're used to was a customization of the forum software and we had to remove it.
The report button that comes with the forum software is the Alert style button below each post.

now that i open my eyes, i do see an alert button. very good.
