Where to fine free Excel templates

Can anybody guide me where can i find free excel templates for learning and official use, other than offfice.microsoft.com templates

I am into Excel since last 3 years and I am still learning. MS-Excel is not something which can be acquired through some learning or a degree...its a life long process, just like any other computer language like C++, C#, Java, etc. :-D
