Where to edit comment of cells

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Right-click the cell and select the item labeled "Edit Comment".

If you want to do it via the Ribbon, select the Review tab... the "Edit Comment" button is on the "Comments" panel.

Thanks.

It seems it is different from Comment. I right-click it but I do not see Edit comment below.

The popup menu you posted shows "Insert Comment" which means you right-clicked a cell that does not have a comment in it. If you want to put a comment into that cell, select the "Insert Comment" item. Once you place a comment in a cell, the "Insert Comment" will become "Edit Comment" when you right-click it.

I like helping. But from what I can see you have not explained what you want.
You have just provided links where you want us to look at your file.
And I never click on links or open files.

Can you explain in words what your wanting?
