Where is PowerPivot?

I just got a new machine with Office 2010 Pro. Where do I find PowerPivot? Is it part of the installation or do I need to download it? Is it on the CD? If I need to download it:

I am running Office 2010 32-bit on a Win 7 64-bit machine. Do I download the 32 or 64-bit version of PowerPivot?

You need to download it from Download: Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 PowerPivot® for Microsoft® Excel® 2010 - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details. If you install the 32-bit version of Excel, you must use the 32-bit version of PowerPivot. If you install the 64-bit version of Excel, you must use the 64-bit version of PowerPivot.
