When you have forgot both your Log on name AND your password

This is what has happened to me.

I have an account at work (with which I am reaching you now) and a different one for home (this is so I can receive emails at home from Mr Excel).

So I have for gotton my home Log on name and password: and there is no way I can get in - not even a new log on name will do as I still have to use the same email address and the system kiks me out.

So, how do I "renew" myself with Mr Excel while I am at home?

Thanks in anticipation and also an apology if I should know how to do it.
