Good day all,
I am a horse racing enthusiast and have a problem, hopefully you guys (the gurus) can help me with.
I go to my web page racing site, select all the form, copy it, then move to my excel spreadsheet and paste it into cell A1,
(using the "Match Destination Formatting" option), expecting it to populate into the various columns in the spreadsheet.
Unfortunately, a get all the data pasted into the first column!
How do I get the copied data populated into my spreadsheet across multiple appropriate columns?

Thank you, In anticipation of receiving your expert advise>

Kind Regards....gsdanger.

Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
I have found the same problem with other websites. A couple of techniques I use to (try and) overcome this is to copy the column headings as well as the data - that mostly works for me. And some websites copy/paste better when you copy from the bottom up, instead of the top down.
