When freeze pane is on sometimes headers disappear but not all of them.

As you can see above that the headers in row 3 are there. The "ink" just disappears for many of them. When I click on a blank cell in row 3 I see the value in the formula box. As you can see it only does this for some since 'Project Bus Unit' is still there.

When I unfreeze between rows 3 and 4, the headers reappear. I would really like to be able to freeze the panes, but this issue sucks.

Any ideas?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
This can be closed, as I have posted the same thing to MS, hoping that it will be noticed by someone in MS as a glitch. Wrap Text seems to cause the issue, so the glitch is with that instead of freeze panes.
