What to do if we don't get a solution on our thread?

No, please do not do that, as that is against the rules (see rule 12 here: Message Board Rules).
If it has been more than a day, and you have not gotten a response, you can "bump" your thread by replying back to it.
Sometimes the reason why questions are answered is because they may not contain enough detail.

Another times, a question may be too involved/too complex, and is more than can realistically be expected from free help, and hiring a consultant may be in order.
