Hi, I created my import query and discovered that if the source data changes it will affect the query. We swapped out an employee. And PQ gave me this error. So, the column header is what changed and I need to figure out how to tell PQ that will happen from time to time. But, my skill is at the "Just discovered PQ two weeks ago..." level. Any advice would be awesome.

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Does the source data use the 'Employee - Location' as a column header?
No sir. It is a flat grid. Employee names across the top as column headers. Parts list down the first column. A numeric value at the intersection of part and person. We had a manager move on to other opportunities. So his name was replaced with the newly hired managers name. Thanks for looking. I tried looking in the PQ basic editor to see if there was a ribbon option I could apply to override any "missing" columns or "add" columns from the source file. No luck. But I am so new that the language and syntax haven't been really studied yet.
