I am new at this but... I feel like I know enough to know the answer to my question. It is friday! my brain is someplace else. When you see this image below, what correction is the first that comes to mind (formula). Do I need to filter, do I need to sum etc. Any pointing me to correct direction is appreciated.

It is a pivot table.
1st step - check what data it refers to, and may be you are lucky enough to have access to it. If so - leave PT and go for raw data. If not look for some soft to "unpivot" data.
