What is the best formula for counts halfday leave?

Hi All,

Really appreciate if anyone can help me on this?
To get the formula that I already used =NETWORKDAYS(D5,E5,T_HOLS[HOLIDAY]) + I want the formula can count on my halfday leave that I
already capture with H1. Please help me.

Change formula to this:

 =NETWORKDAYS(D5,E5,T_HOLS[HOLIDAY])-IF(G5="h1",0.5,0)

And change Column format to General or Number Again.

And forgot to ask if your holidays is Saturday & Sunday, You can remove this part ,T_HOLS[HOLIDAY] from formula.

Also if you say what is your holidays and half days, I can set new formula.

You 're Welcome. and if you have specific days for holidays ( for example Friday) and Halfdays (e.g. Thursday) , I can change it to weekdays.

Actually I try to create Leave Database that can link all in one that can have report or summary for individual, by department, by monthly and yearly report. ?

Already create and half way in progress, but looks like still new a formula to make the link
