I'm curious to know if anyone has had a chance to attend an excel course that completely improved their understanding from Intermediate to advanced quickly and easily?

If you get a chance, MrExcel's Power Excel seminars are great. I think he also has the course on video through the MrExcel store. For unsupervised training, you can look at the templates in Excel 2013, as there are a lot of cool, non-code tricks used to make those work. Board member Zack Barresse (aka firefytr) created a lot of those, so you can probably track him down with questions.

There are also several great books out there that will help. My personal favorites are John Walkenbach's (J-Walk & Associates Home Page).

And hopefully Hiker will come along and post his list of resources.

HTH,
