What is the "_FilterDatabase" name?

I opened the Name Manager and just happened to notice that three sheets in one of my workbooks has the name "_FilterDatabase" defined. A search indicates that these are hidden names created when I do a filter. These don't seem to be very well hidden and the only filter that I know that I have done is in Name Manager.

What should I do with these? Can I delete them?

Yes you can delete them.
If it's the same file as the one in this thread Name manager won't let me rename a cell, but Find can't find it
The name isn't hidden because you ran some code to unhide all the names.
