What is Meant by "Model Output Page"?

So I am unaware of what is meant by the following question (for a job interview they have outlined in the required field the following question:

"Sample idea pitch that demonstrate your original thinking (one page summary thesis and a model output page with valuation / price justification)"

So I am taking my first MBA class in finance and I can read HBS papers and have finished HBS's introductory finance course but I don't know what is meant by the above.

I don't have experience in I Banking so any help would be great. I have done valuations of firms (as part of class) and I have worked with crystal ball (oracle) and done pro formas and various financial ratios to evaluate certain projects (NPV, IRR etc.) but where can I go to learn about what they are asking above.

What would they like me to pitch ? What is a model output page ? I have a stats and heavy quant. background but models mean something else to me. I have done analysis of various firms in various sectors with excel worksheets and cash flow analysis and various ratios (but is that a model?). What is a good resource on predicting or justifying a stock price ? I have not yet perhaps read it in my corporate finance books.
