I received this file from someone, please see the screen shot below. What are these arrows, when i click on them, it opens up with a text box on left and it says its a diagram.
how do you get this, is it done in excel or somewhere else like Visio and imported in excel. its not a simple arrow shape from insert menu

will appreciate if anyone has heard about the object diagram in excel, it looks like an arrow, when clicked , opens up with a text boxe
