Hi All,

I have a range of values - margin delivered from sales across 20 products. They are sorted from biggest to smallest.

I have a formula that allows the retailer to enter in the start and finish product e.g.

What is the margin contribution from products ranked 5 to product ranked 15, or from product ranked 7 to 13. This will calculate the margin contribution from that range of products.

I am trying to do a goal seek as follows:

If the last product that we are using is 16, what must the first product be if I want the approximate margin contribution to be €10,000.

Any ideas on this greatly appreciated.

Best - Mark.
