What-If, changing 2 values

Hi
What-If-->Goal seek (not scenario), set the value of a cell by changing other cells (not only one)? I tried but it seem not working only one value is changing. I think it is not allowed only using Scenario to change 2 or more cells, Am I right?

Hi

If you want to have more than 1 cell changing value use the Solver.
