What function would you like to see in Excel?

Just thinking: If you could add any function to Excel, what would it take for arguments and what would it result/calculate?

One of the great things about Excel is the ability to create your own User Defined Functions in VBA.
So anytime I have need for some kind of function that is not available, I just create my own in VBA.
That being said, most of the ones I do are pretty specialized. I have not come across too many basic/generic things that Excel does not already have a native function for.

=ISLEAPYEAR(year)

Just noticed. It'S like I-SEVEN (ISEVEN).

=ISVISIBLE(Range)
Return an array of True or False depending if both the row and column are not hidden
To be used with other functions like Countif and Sumif.
