what formula to use

my sample worksheet below, i need to find out max reading per month say for jan (sheet2)max is 20.1924,
that value i got has a corresponding fluctuation in sheet 3, the answer i should get is 0.9746 , what formula can i adopt to achieve this. thanks heaps
