What are the risks involved using Microsoft Dynamics CRM?

Curious as to what you think are the risks involved with using Microsoft CRM?

Hi, what do you mean by 'risks'?

CRM is a large, enterprise-level application. Risks could include:
Cost to implement
Licensing
Configuration

These would be generic for large applications. Do you mean specific risks with CRM that would be different from using, say, Siebel?

Risks would be related to internal controls. So risks could be both using Microsoft CRM or in general a CRM application.
