Our office is voting on names for our conference rooms. My task is to declare the winners. People are asked to rate their top five choices from a list. Below is a sample of my data. Currently, the survey platform is telling me Siuslaw is the highest ranking choice--because it's using a weighted average, mathematically, it is. However, I think I need to find a way to take into account the number of votes each choice receives as well as where it is ranked. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
