Weighted Averages for a Final Grade MS Excel 2007 Question

I have a formula that is not working, wondering if anyone can help. Perhaps I am using the wrong function?

Looking for nothing fancy, it is for an 11th grade homework assignment)

Looking for a weighted average for a Final Quarter Grade

=AVERAGE(G4*0.5)+(J4*0.1)+(M4*0.2)+(N4*0.2)

G4=90 (out of 100) - WEIGHTING 50% of Qtr grade
J4=20.5 (out of 25) - WEIGHTING 10% of Qtr grade
M4=46 (out of 50) - WEIGHTING 20% of Qtr grade
N4=92 (out of 100) - WEIGHTING 20% of Qtr grade

The result would be in O4

Any help would be appreciated
