I have following set up.

Is it possible to install a formula that will automatically calculate the weighted average in column I, that is necessary to achieve a new sum, that is greater than or equal to the value in L28? Lets say I have 67.80 in L28, I want the values in column I to automatically change to increase the weighted average in J28 to equal or greater value of L28 to the nearest Hundredths of a decimal or using only 2 decimal points.

Any help is always greatly appreciated.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Column L is missing from your picture, but seems vital for the solution to your problem.
