Hi All,
Struggling to add a sample on this one, but hopefully my description will help with what I need:

Sheet1 (results required)

Sheet2 (Data base information - the look up data)
  1. Column B - contains a week number, eg - 1, 2, 3, 4, etc..
  2. Column C - contains names, eg, Bob, Maggie, Paul, etc..
  3. so the list down starting in B1 would be - (ColumnB/ColumnC) 1/Bob - 1/Maggie - 1/Paul - 2/Paul - 2/Bob - 2/Maggie - 3/Maggie, etc, etc..
  4. usually 8 to 10 per week.

Now on sheet1
C5 contains the search week eg - 1
  • Column B - needs to look to Sheet2(Col B) to find the matching week number to C5 and result in cell the Col C name.
  • so in B9 would in above list equal Bob, then B10 = Maggie, etc.

If any of that makes sense, can anyone advise what formula I need to use of if I need to add any criteria to help work this one out.

Thanks
