I'd like to calculate and plot on a chart weekly costs for staying at various hotels, based on start & end dates being keyed.

For instance I would like to key:
Hotel A - 2/3/17 - 7/6/17 £345 pw
Hotel B - 8/6/17 - 10/7/17 £506 pw

Rather than just calculate the total costs I would like to show a table of weekly costs like:

w/c
27/2/17 shows cost for 4 days at hotel A
6/3/17 shows cost for 7 days at hotel A
...
5/6/17 shows cost for 4 days at hotel A, and 3 days at hotel B
12/6/17 shows cost for 7 days at hotel B

Thanks folks

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
