Webquery to extract data from Frameset

Hi

http://3.205.5.49/misdata/ from this site i need to click "Vendor Financial Services", then need to select "Associate Review" and click on "Agent APR". after this i need to enter the dates and pull the report.

Can anyone help me in this...will be a great help for me
 

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
