Web Query Set up

I need to break ground in setting up a Web Query that I can run DAILY against a Web-Site that offers NEW DAILY Updated info, say like "Todays" current Mortgage rates, Selected Stocks, etc...

Is there a Site one could recommend that I can perform this test on for a short period of time, until I better understand how it all works?

Please provide me a Web-site address that I might use for this purpose, if such exists.

Don't know if this helps, but try the Bank of England's web site, http://www.bankofengland.co.uk/.
Go to Statistics, Interest and Exchange Rates and set up a report from there.

In true Blue Peter style, here's one I made earlier. It shows daily IUDAMIH, IUDBEDR and IUDSOIA from 02/01/1975 - 31/03/2010.
