Hi All

I am looking for some advise on how to create a sort of "Web Based Order Form"

In Excel i have a set of workbooks that link up like a database. I then have 1 order form workbook that a user opens enters information and it is then emailed to someone to check and validate etc.

While the system works, it just is not practical.

I would like to create the forms on a web browser that will then link up to a access database (or something similar).

Once done i will then configure it so it passes the data to the correct recipient.

Now i know this will be a fairly big project but i have a few months and would like to learn.

My question really is what is the best way to go and with what software.

Can i use visual basic to create the website and link back

Can i use access as the database or am i best of using mysql or something

I have a fairly ok background in VB/SQL and have some knowledge of HTML/Java/Javascript.

I have built websites from scratch via HTML and used Dreamweaver, web easy etc

Any guidance appreciated

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
