HI All

I created 50 waterfalls charts in excel 2016. The problem i have is that i cannot automate the colors and formats.
Every month i have to change them manually some positive values will become negative and vice versa.

i was wondering if in Power BI you can set colours depending if it is >0 or <0 and will change automatically. thanks in advance

No, you cannot set colour formatting in Power Pivot. I guess conceptually you could create 2 measures, one that returns the positive numbers and the other that returns the negative numbers (using if) and then colour each measure separately. Not sure if it will do what you want though.

when I have used waterfall charts before, they always automatically change colour for positive and negative numbers.
