I have a spreadsheet that Excel ends up popping up the following
message when I attempt to close the spreadsheet. The weird thing
is that I don't get this message every time I close the spreadsheet.

Your formula contains an invalid external reference to a worksheet.

Verify that the path, workbook, and range name or cell reference
are correct, and try again.

This spreadsheet has tons of formulas in it and -- to my knowledge
-- I've not added any such external reference.

How do I troubleshoot this? Or, might this be a known problem?

Thanks...

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Goto the Edit menu, and see if Links is available at the bottom. If it is, then there are external references in this workbook, and there are many ways to deal with them.
