Want to change Chart Y axis values based on chart data points

Hi All

I have the below raw data and i want to create a Stacked column chart in excel 2010.

I have created the chart but only concern is the values of Data points is not aligning to Y axis bar.

Can anybody tell me how to attach the excel file which i did so that it will be helpful to you to analyse.
