Hi

I have a waiting list for a class on excel. Only 6 people can attend at a time. Each set of classes is 6 weeks long. It is a rolling class, so someone might be starting their first week at a different time than other people

What I have is the list of dates of the weekly at the first row and the people on the 1st colum. What I want to do, if I put a figure into the corresponding person and date of the first class into a cell, it highlights or puts a figure into the next 5 cells.

I can then calculate how many is attending each class. Each row (person) would have a different start date.

Thansk

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Could you upload a screenshot with some sample data, so I will get a picture of what you need.
