"Waiting for another application to complete the OLE action"

Dears, good morning!
I developed an application to access a web page.
I encountered a problem after login.
When clicking on the "Submit" button, a form will appear to select some combos, while the macro is waiting to close the form to continue, with this message:
"Waiting for another application to complete the OLE action" error in Excel

I need to access the form, can you help me?
