Dear Excel expert,
Can you please kindly help me to find out a way to draw a graph like this

Wagon wheel.png

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
I don't understand the relationships of LIne Lenght or Line Qty? For instance, assuming this is like a trigonometry map where 0 degree is the far right of the circle, so the 280 line is the line in the 4th quadrant (+x,-y), but the I don't see how the length of hte line is 6, or the quantity is 3. Labelling your chart would be helpful.

Regardless, i think a scatter plot with lines is the way to go, but you'll need to calculate the end points of the line and have each vector start at zero.
take a look at this youtube video and see if it can give you some help:

Here is a picture of the chart I did, convertingthe length and angle to the x and y values. I still do not know what "Line Quantity" means.

Length means the radius of the circle.
Let's say the Circle radius is 4.
Now If the Line length is 2, then the Line will go half.
If the Line length is 4, then the Line will go up to the circumference.

Please ignore the line qty. I think your solution is perfect. Can you please kindly attach the excel file with the graph?

x should corresponds with cos() and y should corresponds with sin(). You have them swapped.
