Volume breakdown/distribution to return and receive

Dear Friends,


A have a list of people with volumes to return and others to receive. Ex:
Alpha returns 500
Bravo returns 750
Charlie returns 50


Delta receives 200
Echo receives 600
Foxtrot receives 500




I would like to automate the distribution between the parties, resulting in the end on something like:
Alpha delivers 500 for Foxtrot
Bravo delivers 600 for Echo
Bravo delivers 150 for Delta
Charlie delivers 50 to Delta


Any suggestions?
