Hi,

Can a VLOOKUP guru out there help create a formula to fix my problem?

I am wanting the 'Target' box to to look at the 'Metric' box and return the value as above. IE; if 'Adherence' is selected then the target value is returned as 95%.

Please help :)

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
=VLOOKUP($B6,Sheet2!B:D,3,0)

*Formula goes in F6 and then dragged down

assuming your metric table is in Sheet2 and the metrci column is in the B column....

if you want a more accurate answer we need sheet names and columns
