I have a list of over 1000 drawings in one column and the building the drawings are associated with in another column. I have another list of drawings I am trying to match the right buildings to using a vlookup but the problem I am having some some drawings have multiple buildings associated to them.

If a drawing has more than one building associated to it I need to know how many unique buildings that drawing is associated to and what those buildings are. Is there any way I can do that in excel?

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Probably the easy way would be to use Filter or Advance Filter.
It would help if you could post a small sample of your data and ver. of Excel you are using, but maybe the example below will help if you need a formula.
This is an array formula and must be entered with CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER.
Drag formula across and down as needed.
