vlookup with Large Sets of data

Hello Excel Guru's,

Just wanted to ask for your opinion if below formula is great for large data look ups.

=IFERROR(
IFERROR(


IF(G2=VLOOKUP(G2,B:B,1,1),
VLOOKUP(G2,B:C,2,1),
VLOOKUP(G2,B:C,2,0)),


VLOOKUP(G2,B:C,2,0)),
"-")

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Re: v look up with Large Sets of data

Also, im seeking for your opinion if above formula is bullet proof, with sorting or without sorting.
