Hi there,

I am stuck and maybe VLOOKUP is not the way to go at all but here is what I am trying to do.

I have a column where uses paste data ex: HP LaserJet 4014n Printer
I want to update this data with the Correct Product name from a different tab in the sheet. Table_Array 'Price List Jan 1 18'!1:1048576
I Choose Column index number as 1 because the value I want to return is in the first column
I choose True because I want am pretty sure the values won't match exactly

The value the VLOOKUP returns is: HP LaserJet 4000tn
What I was hoping it would return is another value: HP LaserJet P4014dn because the model is a 4014 not a 4000.

I assume this is happening because of alphabetical order of the table array.

Is there a way to make the VLOOKUP return a selection of results for the user to choose from or if I set it to FALSE have it show a drop down where the user could scroll to the correct model from the list.

Again maybe VLOOKUP is not the way to go here.

Any help would be appreciated. I am stuck.
