Vlookup two sets of criteria

I have some good samples of Vlookup, where one might want to look up something in one place.

Is it possible to do a second vlookup using two search criteria?

In other words, if my lookup was a simple one, do that first, and then look up a secondary item, and if it is there return the answers needed.

Thanks,
Gary

Re: Need to Vlookup two sets of criteria

Hi. This will look in A1:A100 for 'A' then look in B1:B100 for 'B' then if found return what is in the corresponding row in C1:C100

=INDEX($C$1:$C$100,MATCH(1,INDEX(($A$1:$A$100="A")*($B$1:$B$100="B"),0),0))
