VLookup? Pivot table?

Hi, trying to organize data and can't figure out what function to use in this scenario or perhaps I'm using the wrong formula? If pivot table, it always sums does not keep value even if I try and change the format in the pivot table?

Data Ex:

Plan A. Plan B. Plan C
John 13
John 5
Joe 7
Joe 1
Joe 4
Jim 2
Jim 9
Jim 6

Trying to convert to:
Plan A. Plan B. Plan C
John 13 5
Joe 1 4 7
Jim 9 2 6

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
I don't think the formatting posted correctly. Multiple rows/person, different values in the cell depending on plan (column). Need one row with all values posted in line
