VLOOKUP on RANK not recognizing maximum RANK value.

I have a list of values and terms in Col A
I have created a RANKed list for these values in Col B
I am then using a VLOOKUP on the RANKed values to order them.

It appears to work for all of the RANKed phrases, except for the greatest value - most infuriating...

I have tried ROUND, or *1 on the RANKed numbers in case Excel was considering it to be a non-whole number or TEXT but to no avail.

Has anyone else experienced this?

NB - I have simplified this thread somewhat. I am also using INDIRECT named ranges, but don't think is the primary source of the error, as it remains when I type the full references in.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Greetings - I have resolved the error, there was a hidden MAX row - which was obviously equivalent to my largest RANK value - thus this was being referenced.
#blush - the problems with inherited spreadsheets...
