vLookup not work when value is from a Formula

sorry for Spanish version of Excel

BUSCARV=VLOOKUP
EXTRAE=EXTRACT

here the image... se point 3, this formula point directly to a value(cell D4), and find it in the matrix

in the point 2 i extract the value from a String (get same result as cell D4): 40000005 but not find it :( why..... no spaces on the result(when extract value)

Excel Facts

To further explain...
In VLOOKUP, the items you are matching on MUST be the same data type (i.e. both numeric or both text).
Numbers entered as text will not match up with numbers entered as numbers.
What sheetspread showed you was how to convert from one to the other, if they are not aligned.
