Vlookup not recognizing new values on Macro added to a main sheet

Hello I am in need of help, :( This is the story:
I have a main sheet where I add information daily. We work with Macros, where there are 3 vlookup formulas looking at the information I add on the main sheet, so if someone else have the same Item, they know it is a duplicate and we don't use it.
We work Through Dropbox, so far everything was working OK until we notice that the duplicate values are not appearing.
e.g.: I add - domain.com - on main sheet, the rest of the freelancers won't see I have added it on their macros, unless I run the formulas again, so it doesn't show automatically like it used to
Can anyone please help me? Why the formulas are not updating if they are looking at the source which is the main sheet?
Is there a solution for this?
Thanks
