Vlookup needed?

Hi

I need to summarise each of our suppliers invoices on a separate forecast/actuals tab. Can I use VLOOKUP for this?

What part of the above are you trying to summarise? You may need to provide a bit more information. Do you just want totals? Do suppliers show more than once on the spreadsheet? So are AXA PPP likely to be on the list multiple times and you just want the totals?

Chances are the best it's a pivot table you need or SUMIF formula.
