I have a file (link below) that i need serious help with.
I have employees putting data into a given sheet (T#1)[34 in ttl], then into a given sub form (Street).
Now I'm not sure how best to facilitate this but here are the problems that I need help with.
1) eg. make the data (once complete) from (T#1, etc.) automatically go into the (Data Tbls).
2) Or make the (basic data ie. Terr #, street, & house # from the (Data Tbls)) automatically go into the appropriate (T#1) & sub form.
3) ultimately take the information from given sheet (T#1, 2, 8, 34), & a given sub form (Street)[note I might have 2 forms with the same street but only want 1 of them] & automatically populate 1 of the sub forms (4 in ttl) on the (Master) sheet.

The Street & Class have drop down list & the Terr. #? contains a formula.

Do I create a unique # for each sub form?

Any help is appreciated! Thank you in advance.
