Vlookup Match

Hi,

I have file which is contains numbers which is vendor Number. I need to match with Master file vendor Number.

The problem is My new vendor number have 6 chr... My master file have More than 6 chr...

I need to look up My new vendor number is available in my master file...

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
