Hello,

I have a column with values acquired from a Vlookup formula. I want to copy these into another column and hit Paste Special - Values to remove the Vlookup and keep the value. However when I do this it is only copying the first row and leaving the rest blank. Is there a step I am missing here?

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Highlight all the cells you want to copy over.
Select "Copy"
Go to the first cell of the range you want to paste to.
Right-click, select "Paste Special", select "Values" and click OK.

My apologies I should have been more clear. I am highlighting all the cells but rather than pasting the entire range into the next column it only pastes the first row.

I also have these columns filtered if that makes a difference
You may need to temporarily turn off the filters and do your copy, to get your expected results.
