VLOOKUP in multiple sheets

Hi, I am looking for someone to help me create a formula. I am trying to pull text data from multiple sheets that may or may not contain the data I am looking for; so something with only False in it I assume because if it's true I don't want that data. Is there a way to do this with VLOOKUP and Nested IF functions? I really appreciate any help I can get!
